Burgundiska Chardonnay kloner 96 och 548 var noggrant hand skördade från vingårdarna Roman Road och Railway Hill. Druvorna pressades sedan försiktigt och saften sattes kallt i 24 timmar. Efter den primära jäsningen, genomgick vinet malolaktisk jäsning för att mjuka upp syran och öka munkänslan. Vinet lagrades på fin jäst i ståltank innan buteljering våren 2022.
